Group Therapy

Groups allow members to explore their long-term problems in a safe and confidential setting. The process of working with a group will provide a supportive environment and a sense of community with others in an authentic way.

You will be encouraged to challenge yourself and other members with your life questions, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. In a safe environment you will get feedback on how you connect with others and gain new insights about yourself.

I will help and accompany you in a process that will improve your self-awareness, self-esteem and communication skills.

I am not running any groups currently. If you are interested in group work I recommend The Gestalt Institute of Toronto and various workshops and groups that they offer throughout the year.
